Debbie’s Smoothies are full of real fruit. So is eating or drinking fruit healthy? Fruits ARE healthy and important to your diet. A variety of fruits are beneficial to you because they help fight and reduce the risk of diseases. Fruits are rich in vitamins & minerals, are natural sources, give you energy, full of fiber, low in calories, fat and sodium and they are fun to eat.
